What do I do if my goods don't fit into my home?

You have the opportunity to exchange or return goods when they do not fit as long as they are still in their original packaging with no signs of assembly etc. and we are informed within 14 days of receipt.

How do I return an item?

Arranging a return is easy:

Contact us either by phone or by email to submit your return request.

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to authorise your return.

You can then send the product back to the return address provided.

Once we've received the product, we’ll check it over and then contact you with the next steps.

What do I do if my item arrived damaged/defective?

We work hard to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that isn’t always the case. To report a damaged or defective item please contact us either by Phone or Email within 48 hours or receipt.

What do I do if I'm missing items from my order?

If you are missing an item, check your Dispatch Email to confirm that all the items in your order have been dispatched. Items can be supplied from different warehouses, hence may not always arrive together.

If the missing item in question has been dispatched, check the item’s Courier tracking for the most up-to-date delivery information.

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

If you receive a delivery from us but it isn't what you ordered, we'll be happy to fix that. Please contact us Via Email or Phone so that we can get your correct item(s) to you and the incorrect items picked up as soon as possible.

When Will My Order Arrive?

A delivery estimate is available for all our items on the product page: you can check it before placing an order.

When items on your order have been dispatched, we will send you a conformation email with a tracking number if applicable. For certain types of item, you may be contacted by the courier directly to confirm the delivery date.

Do I have to Pay for Shipping?

My Item does not look the same colour?

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate and there may be slight variations in colour and texture between the pictures and the goods themselves.
